A 75-year-old man died in a one-vehicle crash after driving through a closed construction zone on southbound I-75 in Oakland County, Michigan. The section of the freeway was closed for roadwork, and the man drove his vehicle through a section of road that was missing a portion of the concrete, resulting in a one-and-a-half foot drop off. The man was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
