Home Depot reported fiscal 2025 results with annual sales of about $164.7B and fourth-quarter sales of $38.2B; US comps rose slightly, with net earnings of $14.16B for the year and $2.57B in Q4, plus adjusted EPS of $14.69 for the year and $2.72 for Q4. The board boosted the quarterly dividend 1.3% to $2.33 per share ($9.32 annual), payable March 26, 2026.
