Rare Christian Burial Unveils Face of Medieval Teen Girl.

The face of a 16-year-old girl who lived in Medieval Europe and was likely an early convert to Christianity has been revealed through facial reconstruction. The girl was buried in a bed, which was quite unusual for the period, and the grave contained a rare gold and garnet cross, indicating that she was part of the elite. The Trumpington cross is one of only five of its kind ever found in Britain. The girl's bones and teeth suggest that she migrated to England from southern Germany in her early teens.

"Pax Dei: The Medieval Europe MMO That's Like EVE Online"

Pax Dei is an upcoming social sandbox MMO set in medieval Europe, with an emphasis on community, inclusivity, and player agency. Developed by Mainframe Industries, the game will allow players to contribute to their communities through building, fighting, crafting, and logistics. Every item will be player-crafted, and there won't be any NPCs. The game has been in development for three years and is being directed by CCP co-founder Reynir Hardarson. It is compared to Wurm, but with better graphics and gameplay. There is no release date yet.

"The Valiant" marches onto consoles in July

The Valiant, a tactical RTS set in medieval Europe and the Holy Land, will launch on Xbox Series X|S on July 11th. The game features a 15-mission single-player campaign, co-op mode, and PvP battles. Players take on the role of a former crusader and his warriors as they attempt to stop the evil Ulrich von Grevel from using the Rod of Aaron to devastate the region. The game will be priced at $24.99 / £19.99 / €24.99.
