Ferrari will sell the 499P Modificata, a variant of the 499P Le Mans Hypercar, to customers as the ultimate track-day car. This pure track car, not intended for private racing, boasts 697 horsepower, four-wheel drive, and a hybrid powertrain that can be activated to reach a peak output of 858 horsepower. Ferrari will provide direct support through its Sport Prototipi Clienti program, similar to its F1 Clienti program, to maintain and support the complex and modern track car. The price has not been announced, but it is expected to be high.

An MX-5 owner has replaced the car's engine with a 2.0-liter F20C from a Honda S2000, producing 234 horsepower with upgrades. Lamborghini has unveiled a special edition of its Urus Performante, the Essenza SCV12, which is exclusively reserved for the 40 customers who bought the Aventador-based track-only machine. The speedy SUV inherits the name but not the mighty V12, instead featuring an uprated twin-turbo V8. The SCV12 edition has been pampered by Lamborghini's Ad Personam department, with a two-tone finish, 23-inch wheels, black Alcantara upholstery, and carbon fiber trim. The automaker has not disclosed the price of the special edition.
A 2000 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R, one of only 300 ever built, is up for sale on eBay Motors with 32,100 miles on the clock. The car features a bespoke independent rear suspension, Bilstein twin-tube shocks, Eibach springs, and a 5.4-liter DOHC naturally-aspirated V-8 producing 385 hp and 385 lb-ft of torque. The spartan interior is designed for track work, with upgraded brakes and revised aero. The asking price is $75,000, making it a collectible that can still be driven.
