Residents who dined at the restaurant between March 27 and April 3 are advised to monitor themselves for symptoms and seek medical attention if necessary.
The Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) is collaborating with the Clark County School District to investigate a case of tuberculosis (TB) involving a person with an active TB disease who was present on 26 school campuses while contagious. The SNHD conducted a preliminary investigation and found minimal close contact at most campuses, but potential exposure was identified at Ruthe Deskin Elementary School. TB screening and testing are being provided to identify cases of latent TB infection, and treatment is offered to those exposed to prevent the development of active TB disease. The investigation is ongoing, and an information line has been set up for additional inquiries.
