"Massive Meat Recall Across Four States Due to Undeclared Allergen"

M&P Production LTD is recalling 670 pounds of raw meat products in four states due to the misbranding of an undeclared allergen, sesame seeds, which can be life-threatening for those allergic. Another New York company, MF Meats, is recalling over 93,000 pounds of raw meat products due to potential contamination with non-food grade mineral seal oil. The USDA is urging operators not to serve these products and there have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of the affected products.

Massive Meat Recall: Thousands of Pounds of Beef Recalled Across Multiple States Due to E. Coli Contamination

Elkhorn Valley Packing of Harper, Kansas, has voluntarily recalled 3,436 pounds of boneless beef chuck due to potential E. coli contamination. The beef was packed on Feb. 16 and distributed to nine states, including New Jersey, Connecticut, and New York. There have been no reports of illness related to the recall. Customers are urged to throw out the meat or return it to its place of purchase.
