The dispenser features a large touchscreen that offers customers a choice of four bases: Heinz Ketchup, Ranch, 57 Sauce, and BBQ Sauce, as well as enhancers such as Jalapeño, Smoky Chipotle, Buffalo, and Mango. The machine uses a unique vortex mixing technology to ensure a clean and simple mix every time. The robo-dispenser, created with the help of Microsoft, will gather information on customer favorites from a universe of more than 200 potential sauce combinations. The Heinz Remix is set to debut in-person at the 2023 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago next week and then in certain restaurants in late 2023 to early 2024.
