Kraft Heinz introduces personalized digital sauce dispenser with over 200 condiment options.

Kraft Heinz has unveiled its customizable digital sauce dispenser, the Heinz Remix, which can make over 200 different sauce combinations. The dispenser features a large touchscreen that offers customers a choice of four bases: Heinz Ketchup, Ranch, 57 Sauce, and BBQ Sauce, as well as enhancers such as Jalapeño, Smoky Chipotle, Buffalo, and Mango. The machine uses a unique vortex mixing technology to ensure a clean and simple mix every time. The robo-dispenser, created with the help of Microsoft, will gather information on customer favorites from a universe of more than 200 potential sauce combinations. The Heinz Remix is set to debut in-person at the 2023 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago next week and then in certain restaurants in late 2023 to early 2024.
