
Renowned Chef Naomi Pomeroy Dies in Tragic River Accident at 49
Renowned chef Naomi Pomeroy, known for her appearance on Top Chef Masters and her award-winning restaurants, tragically drowned in a water-recreation accident in Oregon at age 49. Pomeroy became entangled in debris while tubing and paddleboarding on the Willamette River. Despite extensive search efforts, officials were unable to locate her due to heavy debris. Pomeroy is survived by her husband, Kyle Linden Webster, and their daughter, August.
