US Appeals Court Upholds Permits for Natural Gas Pipeline

Environmental groups have opposed the project, citing concerns about its impact on endangered species and the environment. Construction on the $6.6 billion pipeline had been blocked by the 4th Circuit until the U.S. Supreme Court allowed it to resume last month.
