Kinzinger Unfazed by Trump's Jail Threats Amid Pardon Promises
Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger expressed no concern over Donald Trump's threats to jail members of the Jan. 6 committee, stating that the executive branch cannot target the legislative branch for embarrassing the president. Kinzinger, who served on the committee, emphasized that many Republicans, including former Attorney General William Barr and Ivanka Trump, testified against Trump. He dismissed Trump's threats as a reaction to being embarrassed by the committee's findings.
