Close Call: Apollo 11 Crew's Brush with Disaster during Re-Entry

During the Apollo 11 mission, an anomaly occurred during the crew's return to Earth, where the Service Module was supposed to maneuver away from the Command Module before re-entry. However, the Service Module came dangerously close to the Command Module, increasing the risk of collision.
