Jobseeker's Paradise: Mapping the Best and Worst US States for Employment Opportunities

A map by Visual Capitalist using data from the US Chamber of Commerce reveals that North Dakota and South Dakota are the best states for jobseekers, with only 35 workers for every 100 open jobs. On the other hand, California and New York have the toughest job markets, with 110 unemployed people for every 100 job openings. Georgia has experienced the largest increase in available jobs over the past three years, with just 57 people for every 100 openings.
