The ruling came in a case against Bayada Home Health Care, which was sued by a group of employees who claimed that the company violated federal wage law by docking their PTO when they did not work required weekly hours. The court's decision affirmed a federal judge's 2021 ruling that granted summary judgment to Bayada.
