"Colorado Braces for Massive Snowstorm, Airlines Issue Travel Advisories"
A major snowstorm is expected to hit Colorado, bringing heavy and wet snow to the Denver metro area and other parts of the state from Wednesday through Friday. The storm could bring 6-12 inches of snow to the Denver metro, 10-20 inches or more to the Palmer Divide, and 6-12 inches to the mountains, with areas like Castle Rock possibly receiving up to 21 inches. The Pinpoint Weather team advises staying home if possible due to hazardous road conditions and anticipates school closures. Travel will be dangerous, and the team recommends being prepared and driving slowly if travel is necessary.
