
Conquering Cancer: Empowering Health and Inner Peace
After surviving breast cancer, a woman shares how she overcame her fear of the disease coming back by taking charge of her health. She adopted a new fitness routine, following workouts by Joe Wicks and Pilates videos by Lilly Sabri, and focused on nutrition, learning about portion sizes and the importance of protein. She cut back on alcohol and takeaways, and started taking weekly pictures and measurements to track her progress. She lost weight, gained confidence, and now feels comfortable in her own skin, serving as a role model for her students and son.
