"Uber introduces new features for phone bookings and teen riders"

Uber riders can now request or schedule a ride over the phone without using the app. The service will be available in English and Spanish across the US starting May 17. Customers can dial 1-833-USE-UBER to book a ride on-demand or schedule one ahead of time. An agent will take the rider's name and credit card information, which will be connected to an existing account or a new account created associated with the rider's phone number.

YouTube Music has officially launched podcasts on its platform in the US, allowing users to listen to them on-demand, offline, in the background, and while casting. The update includes a new "Podcasts" tab on the YouTube Music Home tab, which displays recommended episodes and favorite podcasts. The feature is available to all users, regardless of whether they have a YouTube Premium subscription. YouTube plans to bring podcasts to users outside the US soon and will offer creators the option to directly upload their audio podcasts via RSS feeds to both YouTube and YouTube Music.
