Listeria Outbreak Triggers Multiple Lettuce Recalls

Revolution Farms LLC has expanded its lettuce recall due to its products being linked to a multi-state outbreak of Listeria monocytogenes infections. The recall now includes whole-head lettuce in addition to packaged salad greens. The recalled products were sold in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Wisconsin. Consumers who have purchased the recalled products should discard them or return them to their place of purchase for a full refund. Symptoms of Listeria infection can include vomiting, nausea, persistent fever, muscle aches, severe headache, and neck stiffness.
