Arizona now ranks fourth in the country for the highest cost of gas per gallon. This, along with the spring break season, has pushed up Arizona's gas prices. However, Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy, expects a slight drop in prices over the next few weeks.
