Jenny Lewis Celebrates 50th Birthday With a Wedding to Her Cockapoo
Jenny Lewis, the singer from Rilo Kiley, marked her 50th birthday by marrying her cockapoo Bobby Rhubarb. She shared wedding-style photos on X, including a gown, veil, and a cake with the message For better or worse I do. Guests included Phantom Planet’s Alex Greenwald, Morgan Nagler, and Ben Gibbard of The Postal Service, and Lewis and Gibbard performed Such Great Heights at the reception. Lewis has said adopting her dog helped her through a tough period in her forties; there’s no word on a registry or honeymoon, and she’ll join Rilo Kiley for reunion shows starting in May across the U.S. and Europe.
