"SEC Mandates Scaled-Back Climate Disclosure Rules for Companies"
The SEC has voted to require companies to disclose their greenhouse gas emissions and the potential impact of climate change on their businesses, but with a scaled-back rule that gives companies more flexibility in how they report this information.
