Dr. Zachary Okhah, the surgeon who performed a "mommy makeover" on late Wild 'N Out star Ms Jacky Oh, has previously sued multiple former patients for claiming in online reviews that he botched their procedures. Okhah, known as a BBL specialist, dismissed one lawsuit in December 2021 and another was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice. Ms Jacky Oh passed away at the age of 32 in Miami, where she had gone for the procedure.

Shaquille O’Neal reassured his followers on Instagram that he is fine after being hospitalized for a Brazilian butt lift, which he referred to as "BBL work." The basketball star and game analyst had sparked concern when he posted a photo of himself in a hospital bed on Twitter over the weekend. O’Neal has been an NBA analyst for Turner Sports for more than a dozen years.
