The mission aims to study the asteroid's elemental composition, magnetic field, and topography, providing insights into planet formation and the interior of terrestrial planets. The spacecraft carries instruments such as a multispectral imager, gamma-ray and neutron spectrometers, a magnetometer, and a gravity science investigation.
