Unveiling the Bizarre Glow of the Milky Way's Dusty Galaxy Heart

Photographer Miguel Claro captured a stunning high-resolution image of the Milky Way's dusty heart at the Dark Sky Alqueva Reserve in Portugal. The image showcases the dark center of our galaxy and the glowing gas clouds, including well-known nebulas such as the Lagoon Nebula and the Prawn Nebula. The photo also features a reflection nebula and a prominent star near the galactic center. Claro used a modified Canon 6D camera and a 300mm lens to capture the image.
