A Chinese businessman, identified as H6, has been banned from the UK on national security grounds due to his close ties with Prince Andrew and alleged connections to the Chinese United Front Work Department, which is suspected of political interference. The case raises further questions about Prince Andrew's judgment, following his previous controversies.
An alleged Chinese spy, known as H6, who developed a close relationship with Prince Andrew, has been banned from re-entering the UK after a national security court ruling. H6 was suspected of being involved in influence operations for the Chinese Communist Party, leveraging his connection with the Duke of York. The court upheld the decision to exclude H6, citing potential risks to UK national security. The Chinese embassy criticized the ruling, dismissing it as part of a broader effort to smear China.
The FBI helped shut down a Chinese "police station" in Manhattan, but a Madrid-based human rights group alleges there are several more of these illegal organizations scattered across the US. These law enforcement organizations, operated by the Chinese Communist party, are tasked with spying on Chinese nationals around the world. The non-profit has found so-called "overseas service stations" in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston, as well as in cities in Nebraska and Minnesota. The police stations hide behind non-profits and community associations, according to Safeguard Defenders' reports.
