One Medical, under pressure from parent company Amazon to reduce costs, is closing several corporate offices, downsizing others, and implementing a regional operating model. The CFO will take on a new role reporting directly to Amazon's healthcare boss, and the company will focus on leveraging Amazon's resources while providing employees with more opportunities across Amazon's healthcare business. The regional operating model will give leaders in seven areas greater responsibility and accountability for clinical and operational aspects.
