The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has called for the investigation and prosecution of its Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in Adamawa, Hudu Yunusa-Ari, who had earlier declared Binani the winner before being overruled by INEC headquarters in Abuja and subsequently suspended.
