Tragic Incidents Shake North Carolina Communities.

Two dogs, Simba and Naia, were left in kennels outside the Forsyth County Animal Shelter with a note from their former owner instructing the shelter to take good care of them. The shelter is seeking more information on the dogs and the person who left them. The shelter is closed to the public at the moment and is not able to schedule appointments for owner surrenders.
