Bam Margera has threatened to "smoke crack" until he is dead unless he can see his son Phoenix, as tensions boil over during his ongoing divorce from Nicole Boyd. Margera alleged Boyd has cut off any contact between him and their son and is blaming his estranged wife, along with his mother and father, April and Phil Margera, for "driving him to drink." Boyd is seeking $15,000 per month in child support payments from Margera and has requested sole physical and legal custody of Phoenix.
Bam Margera's attorney has claimed that his estranged wife, Nicole Boyd, has cut off his contact with their son Phoenix over the past two months amid their ongoing custody battle. Boyd has not allowed Margera to communicate with his child via phone or FaceTime, and the last time he had contact with his son was on March 29 during an in-person visit in California. Margera's camp finds it "completely unreasonable" that Boyd will not pick up the FaceTime or phone calls he has made, as it poses no danger to the child. Margera and Boyd split up in 2021, and in September of that year, Boyd went to court to request full custody of their son.
Bam Margera's estranged wife, Nicole Boyd, is seeking $15,000 per month in child support for their 5-year-old son, as well as sole physical and legal custody, and spousal support. She is open to supervised visitation for Margera only if he completes drug and alcohol rehab programs first. Boyd also wants Margera to cover her attorneys' fees of at least $50,000. Margera's attorneys have not yet responded to the request. The couple filed for legal separation in February, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
Bam Margera was caught on video shouting at his estranged wife, Nicole Boyd, just moments before he was arrested for public intoxication outside a restaurant in Burbank, California. Margera appeared to be upset over his custody schedule with their 5-year-old son, Phoenix. Boyd filed for legal separation in February and asked for both legal and physical custody of Phoenix, but was willing to allow Margera supervised visits as long as they took place within Los Angeles County and he covered the expenses. Margera has battled addiction and had a string of legal issues as a result.
