SpaceX Receives Green Light for Second Starship Launch Test

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has granted SpaceX clearance for the second launch test of its Starship rocket, following an investigation into the failure of the first test flight in April. The launch is scheduled for November 17th and will feature several enhancements, including a hot-stage separation system and a new electronic Thrust Vector Control (TVC) system. SpaceX had to implement 63 actions identified by the FAA before obtaining the license modification. The previous test resulted in an explosion that caused damage to the surrounding area. If successful, the Starship will fly for 90 minutes before descending into the Pacific Ocean.
