Tampa's Koya, Lilac, and Rocca have earned the city's first-ever Michelin stars during the Florida Michelin Guide 2023 unveiling. Koya received Tampa's first-ever Michelin star, Lilac welcomed the city's second star, and Rocca received the third star. In total, 19 restaurants in Miami, Orlando, and Tampa have earned stars. Two Tampa restaurants maintained their Bib Gourmand status from 2022, while two others received Bib Gourmands this year.
