Japanese Researchers Innovate Simple Alzheimer's Detection Method
Japanese researchers from Keio University and Saiseikai Yokohamashi Tobu Hospital have developed a method to identify potential Alzheimer's disease in individuals by observing the 'head-turning sign' (HTS), where patients look to a caregiver for help when asked simple questions. This technique aims to aid in early diagnosis and treatment of the disease, as detailed in their study published in Alzheimer's Research & Therapy.
