The Indiana State Fair is introducing a variety of new food options for its 2023 celebration, including bratwurst-topped tortilla chips, buffalo pork-n-mac, flaming hot Cheeto corn in a cup, pepperoni pizza pretzel, elote street corn pizza, and more. Visitors can also enjoy fruity drinks like cherry lemonade twister and cherry shakeup, as well as desserts such as Nutellaphant ear, s'mores funnel cake, and lemon drop drizzle. The fair runs from July 28 to August 20.
