Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum, Fox News mainstays, have been chosen as the moderators for the first Republican primary debate. Baier, the chief political anchor for Fox News, has previously moderated GOP primary debates and was involved in controversies such as the exchange between Megyn Kelly and Donald Trump in 2015. MacCallum, the anchor and executive editor of "The Story With Martha MacCallum," has also moderated forums and town halls during previous elections.
