Dead Island 2: Haus DLC offers some laughs and visually surreal environments, but lacks new tools or ideas to freshen up gameplay. The short three-hour runtime and repetitive zombie slashing make it unexciting. The crossbow is a solid addition, but overall, the DLC doesn't offer much incentive to revisit the game unless you're a die-hard fan.
