Father charged with murder after using crossbow to kill infant daughter and injure wife in upstate New York.

A New York man has been charged with murder and attempted murder after firing a crossbow at his wife, injuring her and killing their 3-week-old daughter. The suspect fled the scene but was later found less than a mile away and taken into custody.
