
Clark County logs six new measles cases tied to Ridgefield High School
Clark County Public Health reports six new measles cases connected to a Ridgefield High School exposure, with cases occurring in non-public locations and no evidence of spread in public spaces. Five of the new cases are under 18, five are unvaccinated and vaccination status for the sixth could not be verified. Health officials emphasize the measles vaccine (two doses) is about 97% effective at preventing the disease.
