Swedish photographer and amateur astronomer Peter Rosén captured a rare green flash around Venus while photographing the planet's rise over Stockholm using a Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR and a telephoto lens. This remarkable sighting is the second time Rosén has observed a planetary green flash, having previously captured one around Mars in 2018. His lifelong passion for astronomy and photography has led to stunning images of celestial bodies, including Jupiter and Mars, and his work has been featured by NASA and Space Weather.
