SpaceX Launches Northrop Grumman Cargo Ship to the ISS

SpaceX launched an upgraded Northrop Grumman Cygnus cargo ship to the International Space Station, carrying over 5 tons of supplies, including holiday treats and spare parts, on a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral. The spacecraft is scheduled to be captured early Wednesday, marking the third of at least four flights under a new partnership, with the Cygnus XL providing increased cargo capacity.
