SpaceX and NASA Successfully Launch International Crew to Space Station

Four astronauts from four different countries, representing space agencies across the globe, have launched aboard a SpaceX rocket towards the International Space Station. The mission, called Crew-7, is expected to last over six months. The crew will join the seven astronauts already on the space station and will conduct various experiments, including studying the dispersion of bacteria and fungi in space, analyzing the effects of sleeping in microgravity, and investigating biofilm formation in wastewater. This mission marks the eighth flight operated by NASA and SpaceX as part of the commercial crew program, and it is the most internationally diverse SpaceX crew to date.
