SpaceX's Booster 9 undergoes crucial engine testing and moves into critical launch phase

SpaceX conducted a spin prime test on Booster 9, loading it with super-chilled liquid oxygen and flowing it through the Raptor engines' turbopumps. The test was successful, and SpaceX will now analyze the data before proceeding with the static fire test, which could happen as soon as next week. The company has also conducted tests on the launch pad deluge system to prevent issues encountered during a previous test flight. If all goes well, the flight test of Starship could take place within the next couple of months, pending clearance from the FAA.
