NASA Begins Installation of RS-25 Engine on Artemis II Moon Rocket

TL;DR Summary
Aerojet Rocketdyne has begun installing four RS-25 liquid-propellant rocket engines into NASA's second Space Launch System (SLS) core stage at the Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans. The engines were originally prepped for installation earlier this year but were delayed due to core stage readiness. The first engine, engine 2059, was installed on September 11, and the remaining engines will be installed in sequence. Final integrated testing will be completed before the stage is delivered to its launch site at Kennedy Space Center in November or late fall.
