"NASA Seeks Volunteers for Yearlong Mars Simulation Mission"

NASA is seeking four individuals for a year-long simulated Mars experience in a habitat called Mars Dune Alpha, aiming to gather data for future crewed missions to the Moon and Mars. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents aged 30-55, in excellent health, non-smokers, and have STEM qualifications or pilot/military training. The selection process will take up to 14 months, and the current mission is halfway through, with successful completion of challenges including crop growth. Application deadline is April 2, 2024.
