Oregon is gearing up for the annular solar eclipse happening on October 14, with various events and watch parties planned across the state. From Eclipse Fest 2023 in Klamath Falls to the Eclipse Into Nature event at Running Y Resort, there are options for immersive experiences with live music and family-friendly activities. Other notable locations for eclipse viewing include Shore Acres State Park, Bandon, Crater Lake, Sunriver Observatory, and Fort Rock State Park. While those outside the 90-mile-wide band will witness a partial eclipse, those within the band will have the opportunity to see the "ring of fire" phenomenon.
