Wintry Weather Causes School Delays and Closings in Central North Carolina and Virginia

A dynamic low-pressure system and cold front are expected to bring heavy rain and strong winds to Central North Carolina on Sunday. There is a small chance that some cold air may catch up to the precipitation late Sunday night, resulting in areas of light snow.
