Diageo CEO Ivan Menezes passes away after brief illness.

Ivan Menezes, the CEO of Diageo, the world's largest spirits company, has died at the age of 63 after a brief illness. Menezes, who was set to retire at the end of this month, had been in hospital receiving treatment for a stomach ulcer. He had been with the company since its formation in 1997 and was behind the "Keep Walking" campaign for Johnnie Walker. Menezes is survived by his wife and two children.
