
Diageo CEO Sir Ivan Menezes dies at 63
Ivan Menezes, the CEO of Diageo, the world's largest spirits company, has died at the age of 63 following a brief illness. Menezes was set to retire at the end of June and was succeeded by Debra Crew as interim CEO earlier this week. During his tenure, he oversaw the growth of the company's sales and the acquisition of several brands. Menezes was also behind the iconic Johnnie Walker "Keep Walking" campaign. Tributes have been pouring in from major business leaders, including Starbucks CEO Laxman Narasimhan and Pernod Ricard CEO Alexandre Ricard.
