José Ramírez's ninth-inning double secured a comeback win for the Cleveland Guardians over the St. Louis Cardinals. Cleveland Guardians' Triston McKenzie has been knocked out of the rotation with a strained terres major muscle in his right shoulder, and Hunter Gaddis will take his spot in the rotation on Friday against the Mariners.
