Intel has unveiled its latest vPro platform for its 13th Gen Core series, offering updated hardware-level security features to protect against ransomware and malware attacks. The new platform promises up to 93% efficacy in detecting ransomware attacks in real-time and a smooth transition to Windows 11. The flagship Raptor Lake architecture offers a 70% reduction in attack surface compared to the previous Comet Lake platform. The vPro support is available in selected SKUs of the Core i9, Core i7, and Core i5 series for desktop and mobile platforms.
