The Russian Lady nightclub in Hartford, Connecticut is facing a lawsuit after a violent altercation that was caught on camera and went viral. Joshua Gilmore, the victim, claims he suffered severe injuries including a concussion, a gash to the back of his head, and a fractured elbow. The lawsuit alleges gross negligence and negligent hiring on the part of the nightclub. The state has temporarily closed the bar and the owners have voluntarily suspended their liquor license while cooperating with the investigation.
